BuildSure belongs to a family of three companies, each covering one step:

Between the purchase and the first rental there used to be a gap: someone had to furnish the apartment, deal with the building and, for holiday homes, the DTCM permit. That's what we do.

We don't resell standard furniture.
Our furniture is manufactured in our own factory, built to the dimensions of each apartment. It's how we control fit, finish and timing — and how we can offer bespoke furniture at fixed package prices. More on our bespoke furniture.
Why we handle the paperwork
Cleared with the building
In Dubai, getting furniture and installers into a residential tower requires permits from the building or community management — a complex process, especially from abroad.
We handle it, and it's included in the price. For short-term rentals, we also handle the DTCM holiday home permit.
