What your furnishing must take into account
To rent a residential unit as a holiday home in Dubai, the unit needs a Holiday Homes permit from DET (DET, "New Holiday Homes Permit Issuance"). The activity is regulated by DET, which publishes a guide regulating the leasing of holiday homes (first edition 2022).
