What's included

What is included in a furniture package?

A "furniture package" often means a bundle of catalogue items delivered to your door. Ours is a finished apartment:

  • Bespoke furnitureBeds, sofas, dining table, chairs, mirrors and more, manufactured in our factory to your room dimensions. See custom-made furniture included.
  • Full décorPlants, LED lighting, artwork.
  • Wall panellingWood, marble-effect panels and LED, mainly on the TV wall. See the marble-effect and LED TV wall.
  • Household linenBedding and bath linen.
  • Building permits handledThe move-in and access paperwork with your building is part of the price. See building permits handled.
  • Delivery, installation and styling

Every package truly includes everything your apartment needs to be rental-ready, including everything the regulations require for short-term rental (DTCM standards). Nothing to buy or add on the side.

For short-term rentals, we also handle the DTCM holiday home permit — included in the package price.

In a studio every centimetre counts, so bespoke pieces make the difference: a bed and storage sized to the wall, a compact dining corner, and — for holiday homes — a design sofa bed that lets the studio sleep more guests without looking crowded.

Are the prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. AED 35,000, 55,000 and 80,000 are final client prices, VAT included.
How fast can a furniture package be installed?
Because the furniture is made to measure, we don't promise next-day delivery. Count 3 weeks to 1 month from order to a fully rental-ready apartment, permits included.
How much is a 1 bedroom furniture package in Dubai?
Our 1BR package is AED 55,000, VAT included, for apartments up to 80 m².
My studio is 42 m². Which package?
The Studio package covers up to 38 m². Above that, contact us: depending on the layout we'll suggest the 1BR package or a quotation.
Is the DTCM holiday home permit extra?
No. For short-term rentals we handle the DTCM / DET permit, and it is included in the package price.
Can I change the style?
Signature is the only style at launch. More styles may follow.
